Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Sinew requires at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. You may make changes online through our scheduling system up to 24 hours in advance, or during regular business hours by calling 612‑405-4649 or emailing info@sinewcenter.com.

Our online scheduler does not allow cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time. In those cases, please contact us directly by phone or email.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged an appointment fee to the card on file. This policy applies to all patients, both new and returning.

Appointments are considered canceled and forfeited after 15 minutes past the scheduled start time without prior notice, and the full appointment fee will be charged. If you’re running late, please call 612‑405-4649 to let us know.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion for medical or family emergencies, or when Minneapolis or St. Paul schools are closed due to inclement weather.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and we prepare for each session in advance to provide the highest quality of care. This policy allows us to respect and protect both our patients’ time and our practitioners’ livelihood.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. It is non‑negotiable and in place to ensure fairness and mutual respect between practitioners and patients.
